Your description of the balancing the reds reminds me of a writer weighing the balance of different words; their heft, the way they settle against another. I think that one reason the piece works so well is the harmonics you create in the colors, the planes and the circular holes. Your comment about the eyes made me chuckle.Hannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09461148136578592965noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7658518583188826551.post-54415138995407725342011-05-02T08:26:39.323-04:002011-05-02T08:26:39.323-04:00Both subtle and strong, Altoon! Both subtle and strong, Altoon!Susan Abbotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07729773074834731314noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7658518583188826551.post-81295871669387099552011-05-02T08:03:27.102-04:002011-05-02T08:03:27.102-04:00Great, A., glad you like it.Great, A., glad you like it.Altoon Sultanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16743040814034732581noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7658518583188826551.post-42992379550161319572011-05-02T02:50:34.158-04:002011-05-02T02:50:34.158-04:00Oh, man. I like the subtle differentiation of the oranges and reds, also not easy, but well done ~ hats off Altoon!!Mona Diane Connerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02022399915344870046noreply@blogger.com
